I get dizzy now and again too even when sat down it seems to be a side affect from stopping but if ur concerned contact ur gp just in case
Dizziness is very common when quitting.if you are concerned, make an appointment with the GP to make sure everything is ok and to have that peace of mind
When we quit smoking , this increases the oxygen in the blood which can contribute to dizziness,. Also quitting smoking can lower your blood pressure.
that is awesome that you have you and your partner quitting together..you can help and support each other
Hey..... 2 weeks for me today and I'm still feeling lethargic and wiped out. The cravings are not the problem.... It's the physical problems I'm experiencing.... My supporters tell me this is all normal and everyone experiences withdrawal differently........tell her to hang in there🇨🇦🍀
