Dizziness is very common when quitting.if you are concerned, make an appointment with the GP to make sure everything is ok and to have that peace of mind :) :)

When we quit smoking , this increases the oxygen in the blood which can contribute to dizziness,. Also quitting smoking can lower your blood pressure.

that is awesome that you have you and your partner quitting together..you can help and support each other :) :)

Thank you so much gloin this is really helpful xx

Hey..... 2 weeks for me today and I'm still feeling lethargic and wiped out. The cravings are not the problem.... It's the physical problems I'm experiencing.... My supporters tell me this is all normal and everyone experiences withdrawal differently........tell her to hang in there🇨🇦🍀
