Hi everyone, it's been ages since I have been on this site but I wanted you all to know that I am a non smoker!!! 16 months now since I gave up and it's not been easy. I put on weight, developed borderline diabetes etc but I can honestly ask myself why I didn't give up sooner. there are no smelly clothes, bad breath or standing in the rain having a cig anymore. I watch people inhaling all that smoke and think to myself thank goodness I kept at it. All you people who are trying to give up must not give in. You can do it, I did and feel very pleased with myself for keeping at it. Every day without a ciggie is a day nearer to never putting that horrible smoke into your body again 😀
