I'm now back on it like a car bonnet after a lovely time away - If you can call painting and rock carrying for building a wall a holiday

A huge, huge Thank You to you all for looking out for each other in your usual caring and crackers manner - You really all are a fab bunch

Thank you also to Sarah08, who I've not yet seen around the office - You've done a great job

Wifi wasn't as readily available in Bulgaria as I thought it would be and so it was a case of skimming through the posts at any available opportunity and make sure you all had your badges - Thankfully though, we had our amazing Pete who caught as many of your badges as he could find, polish them up and sent them on to me

Lovely to see JillyGirl popping on again, please, please rest up - we've all been as good as gold in your absence so you have nothing to worry about

I have a lot of catching up to do and a few meetings in between so shall hopefully see you all i a couple of hours

Well, doesn't sound like everyone's idea of a holiday! Painting and rock carrying

If you need another holiday like that I think I could sort you something out here

Joking aside, I hope you had a lovely time, all bronzed, fit and refreshed

Love the quote. Working on it myself, it's definitely helping the staying quit. I'm setting 'Can Do' smaller achievable tasks, - much more positive than setting too many 'Can't Do', overwhelming, tasks. A bit like taking things a day, an hour, a minute at a time when cravings hit me, instead of looking to far into the future and thinking its all too much! I can manage things in smaller, more manageable steps, keeping busy busy 'Yep, I can do this next half-hour, I'll look at the next half-hour later, and can do that then'.

A bit long winded, but I hope you know what I mean. It works for me
