And man could I murder one!!!! Not given in but come close, so had a shower and a snooze and it passed briefly! So desperate get this ..... Postman knocked on to deliver a parcel and I nearly asked him if he had one... Lol! Could you imagine his face if I had loblol.

It's really day 11 for me so is it normal that from nowhere the desire would be so great? I am even vaping so I thought that would help... But not today

I think because I am off work so no distractions and more opportunity hasn't helped.

Anyway thanks for all my birthday messages helped me realise there is lots of people out there rooting for me and helped me through the day.

Al, what you are going through is normal. Stay strong and allow the feeling to pass. It will get easier, I promise

Take note of when the moment arrives and see if you can tell how long it lasts... Most people never notice the feeling going, but for it to come back on you again... Then it must have gone...

When you hear those cravings come knocking, open the door to them, acknowledge that they're there.... Don't invite them in to stay for a cuppa... Show them swiftly out the back door

Ah happy birthday am on n off like a light switch my husband jst keeps doing n saying stupid things tht get me back up n then I hve one n hve to start again I've tk me dogs on walks had showers hd sleeps but he still there n still bugging me n in th bedroom now jst to keep out the way so he doesn't irritate me aghhhhhh

All bad things pass I ABSOLUTELY promise you.Believe me when I say the first two weeks,are the,absolute worst,get through them and it WILL get easier.I used to follow the local smokers about just so I could smell a cig in my first few weeks,how bad is that !!!?LOL.I'm not a really strong person and if I can do it having been a smoker for nearly 40years then so can you.Please Al,don't give in,just sssssooooo not worth it.
