ok, today is the end of the first week and I am so proud of myself. I know I will not go back but I don't want to get cocky about it either. Day 3 and 4 so far have been the worst for me, at times I think I would have given just about anything for one. I am trying to line up something positive for me to be involved with and that has helped me so much. I am going to try fostering homeless animals and I can't wait to get into that. Thank you all for being here to listen and offer encouragement along the way, it is appreciated.

Hi Linda. Well done on your first week. You are doing great. And keep up the good work. That is excellent thing that you what to foster animals. Love animals me. I have two chinchillas. And there are my world xx
thank you, waiting to hear from brother wolf as to when I can get started to foster. It is something I have wanted to do for a while now but couldn't because of working. Retired now and have time. It will also give me something positive to focus on while I rid myself of my nasty little habit. I think I will be saved as much as the little ones.
