Hello everyone,
I smoked from the age of 15 until I was 28. Now, at 46, I've started smoking again. I'm finding it difficult to quit once more.
What are your suggestions?

Try and change your routine and remember its not a sprint its mor like a marathon. Quitting long term habits can be challenging. However we are here everyday to help advise and support you. We dont put a timescale on quitting as everybody is different.
Some can quit smoking relatively easy and other can take two or three attempts. As long as your trying you are not a failure.
Once you decide you have a quit date please let us know and we will update your progress badge. (next to your name.
Look forward to supporting you. π
