Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Evening All, wherever you may be :-)

Tis a lot brighter here in Liverpool today following a shed load of rain this morning but there was the most amazing rainbow to be seen from it, in fact there was a double one :-)

JillyGirl, I agree - isn't it fab how the community has grown so much - Feedback shows that it is the friendliness and support from existing members that lies in the success of it - Largely due to you, your story and your amazing positivity - You rock jillyGirl and we loves ya we do :-)

Hey Ellie, how are feeling today Missus? I hope you have rainbows of delight and positivity delivered to you today ;-)

Cuppa tea time anyone?

I'm doing not too bad thanks. Yesterday was a horrendous day with one thing after another so today is feet up.

I'd love a cuppa. Pop the kettle on and I'll bring the chocolate digestives.

Hello girls, nice and sunny today up to half an hour ago. Now its raining on the rain. So decided to do like you Ellie and put my feet up. Been busy this morning going back to my childhood :P I have been making 2 parcels up for pass the parcel. We had a New year party, but then they have booked another one for the 31st. So got my contributions ready. My hubby cant believe how active us over 60s can be. :D :D

Will have to sulk tonight as I will miss my darts and snooker night. Dont think I have the energy yet. :(

Right off to make a ham sandwich and a cuppa. :) see you later.

Was sunny here at 9.30 this morning, clear blue sky and everything. So I went off for a shower, got ready in my bike clothes and was ready to go at 10.00am. Clouds were gathering but hey ho, I still went. 3 miles in and the rain started :( and it rained the whole 9 miles. At one point I sheltered in a bus shelter, foolishly thinking it might stop. Passed the time reading my book on my phone - smartphones - they're the best. But am well impressed with my little self as hubby said if it starts raining phone me and I'll pick you up, but nope, I soldiered on in the rain with it dripping off my helmet and made it all the way home. :)

Aww, I hope so to. It won't take long for the antibiotics to kick in so after a good sleep I'm sure you will be just fine.

Just the local premier inn. I might have a look at the anxiety site as I get it now and again when I get short of breath. I know what it is but sometimes Its hard to control.

That will be nice. Yeah I know feeling. My anxiety does that to me then I panic. Then I start to cough then I really start to cough!!

Its all about calming your self down. A quick tip I use is I place my hand on my belly and slow my breathing. Works most of the time, not akways hah
