Fallopian tubes tethered to bowel. Can they free up with time or is surgery the only option? My consultant says that surgery is risky due to possible damage to the bowel. Colostomy bag for life isn’t a great prospect, but neither is infection in my abdomen and Fallopian tubes.
Anyone experienced this? Anyone gone down the surgery route? Did anyone’s Fallopian tubes become free and magically return to normal after a period of time?

Problem is each surgery just creates more adhesions. I’ve had adhesions divided in the past but they just come back again. My Gynae is reluctant to do a hysterectomy because it could just cause more trouble, no easy answers!
I wouldn’t take the risk. Could Serapeptidase break down some of the adhesion. It’s an enzyme that’s breaks down scar tissue. Just a suggestion,

Thank you, I will ask my consultant about it. How long did you take it for? Can I ask how bad your adhesions were? Did you see the benefits on your scan?
I had two laparoscopies a year apart. I used a whole bottle of Wobezym after each surgery. I also used Serapeptidase occasionally since. My adhesions are so bad that they’ve made my large bowel stick to viscera in my pelvis.
Latest scan just showed mild arthritis.

Pain that worsens upon movement? And triggers longer episodes of pelvic pain if I’ve been lifting or especially walking anywhere.
