Pelvic Ultrasound

I've had a dull ache in my left side and back. After my blood test showed a slightly raised white blood cell count and very slight increase in CA125 reading, I was sent for a pelvic ultrasound.

Since the ultrasound (which I was told except for a simple small cyst on the left ovary all else was fine) I e had more pain in my stomach and right side & back.

Can't understand why and no pain killer seems to be helping.

It's been almost a week since the ultrasound.

Any thoughts?

I would ask for more tests.  You have several symptoms.  I don't think anyone regrets a second opinion,
