For the past 5 weeks I've had colicky left sided abdominal pain and pelvic pain . It sometimes refers to my left back . I had a hysterectomy 5 yrs ago for endometriosis . It feels like endometriosis but my obgyn feels its not since I had a total hysterectomy . I've had a rest for kidney stones , ct of abdomen and pelvis , colonoscopy , and blood work. All negative . Can anyone help me

Iliinguional, iliohypgastric nerves? I had these damaged from a hysterectomy
Try cutting all gluten out of your diet. Wheat or oats (etc) can cause lots of pain if you have an intolerance or allergy. It may take a week or more for the pain to go away once you cut it out. Good luck.
Jennifer, do you still have the pain? Did you find out what it was? Hope you're okay.
If the pain wasn't too bad I would've guessed sacroiliac joint dysfunction / unstable pelvis but then I read your pain seems more severe I guess.
