Hi I just wanted to hello πŸ‘‹ I'm on day 1 . I have been here before, I quit for 6 years but through this lockdown I slipped smoked one never thought anything about, ofcourse did I again. A year later smoking daily. I haven't gone back to smoking at work. Only in the evenings and weekends at home. So I'm hoping this might be a little easier this time.

I know knowledge is power and the support here got me through before. So I'm hoping this will get me through the worst days again.

Day 1 hasn't been to bad so far 😁
