Here we go again, loads of failed attempts last year to quit.
So I’m starting all over again.
Been 3 hours with out a cigarette.
I’m using a vape this time round.

Best of luck. I've tried to quit lots of times too. This time I just braced myself to feel like crap. Week three and It seems to be working. The bad feelings come and then they go. I don't try to get away from them, I don't know if that has made the difference but it might have. Never tried vaping. I'm on the hideous patch.
