Welcome Smokomore - you are in the thick of the mental battle as your body and brain is working very hard to rewire, repair and recover - this is a gradual healing process and on average it could take up to 6 months to a year to feel normal and like a non smoker, everyone is different though

BUT.......thhe good news is for each day that passes by smoke free, the stronger you become and less severe and frequent the cravings are - have a read through the pinned posts - knowledge is key :)

Can you confirm your stop date for your accurate milestone badges?

6 months smoke free now Smokomore - how are you getting on?

Smokomore you will start getting stronger day by day .Avoid triggers and if you feel tense practice distracting your mind with something totally different and one could be eating something healthy or deep breathing exercises .On my first 3 months I desided to read all about lung cancer and smoking related health articles .I needed to do it ..It did helped me to confront reality .

Stay firm and remember not one puff ever .👍
