What you are experiencing is perfectly normal and known as the 'complacency cravings' as you are comfortable and confident in your journey, its Mr Nico last attempts to get you back so you need to be strong and ready to attack.

Keep strong, I found when I get the urge I trie not to relate that urge with cigarettes, I’ve been nearly 5 mths quit now, I’m still on strong patches but it’s way better than smoking especially when I’ve smoked for 40 years and now have emphasemia.
Think how good life is without those disgusting things now
I will never smoke again
I got ill and I now have more respect for my lungs !
Smoked for a good 25 yrs
I’ll be 12 months smoke free in August so we’re about the same
Be positive and enjoy 👍
