I was sent home from college yesterday as have a cold and a desperate cough that I seemed to have picked it up from my brothers wedding as was sitting outside till the early hours of the morning with just a dress on, alot of the guests including the bride have the same! Hubby has it too and the 2 of us are like dogs barking at each other in rotation once we hit bed.. We both sound as if we are serious heavy smokers and just feel drained. On the plus side, at least will have it over us for this year (hopefully).
It is a good opportunity for me now to get ahead with my assignments but won't be able to start my work placement till next Friday - hopefully will be fighting fit by then

I'll join the sick gang ๐ everybody is sick in the house at the moment, my daughter has a chest infection, my son has a nasty flu, my partner has man's flu, I'm feeling poorly with my migraines.... The good news is that I'm finally doing the botox for the migraines, hopefully now I'll get rid of them!
Oh no it's coming to that time of year again already with yucky bugs. Aren't you glad you are no longer a smoker choking to death (literally) to have a ciggie!
No bugs here yet and hopefully there won't be either.
RoisinO1 rest and then you'll be able to fight your way through the assignments much easier once the cold is back under control.
Nozmo toothache has to be one of the worst things ever.

Yeah, do get those random moments myself - only had one the other day after I had my first college assessment
A spoonful of honey is a great job to relief the coughing, did have a few hot whiskeys Sunday night with brown sugar, cloves and lemon but jaysus did I sweat when went to bed and had the weirdest dreams
