Yes !!!! It’s my anniversary .1 year no cigarets .First I want to thank you all for having me here this is a very friendly community thanks for all your support I also thank you for giving me the opportunity to give advice to new quitters too I think that’s the best part for me ..

I feel very happy my life has changed in many positive ways .I smell great ,I feel more confident around people I saved money and most of all I feel guilt free .

Quitting cigarets has become a fresh start to me . I really take care of my health I eat very healthy and the energy to move around has improved incredibly .

I can’t even express how happy I feel !

And my message to all of those who are at the beginning of this journey or trying to quit , just do it ! the first few months the work is trying to adjust but believe me it’s totally worth it .❤️
