Well guys.. I know it's been a very long time since I've posted anything and all I can say is that life got in the way. Well it's been 1 year 6 days since I quit smoking. Yes there are benefits that I love but I hate how I've gained 30 lbs. Now I'm working on that slowly but surely. As far as smoking.. I ask myself is it worth it and part of me says yes the other no. The gaining weight is what the main issue is and whenever I my teen kids have attitudes. Now I just think that it's a huge milestone that I have completed where most people cant...

Yes, it is indeed a HUGE milestone to achieve over 1 year smoke free, be very proud of yourself
They say it takes about about a year and a half for your metabolism to settle down, my hubby stopped 5 years ago and has only lost the weight he gained in the last year, put on 3 stone, you will get there.....
