Hi everyone! I'm glad to be back and reading a lot again, I'm 80 days smoke-free now and my email reminded me of the group, thanks to jobm1 I guess I've been busy trying to overcome my rage and anxiety, and I've somehow managed to stay quit.
Not easy and hard to believe actually, I had never done such a thing. I feel so much better with myself! But I'm also a bit mental sometimes and do really stupid mental things WOW, it really is the hardest thing I have ever done and me and my brain are very grateful for ex-smokers in this website that have helped so much.
Have you also done very stupid things since you quit? I yell a lot and I once banged my head against the wall Wow, crazy stuff this nicotine addiction

Thank heavens .... I thought I was the only member..and will not go public with all my crazy stuff, but finding the sugar in the fridge and milk in the microwave is fairly normal to me nowadays..!!
Hey Lula-kig - great to hear from you! Yeah, I'm in the stupidity club too - I have become serious OCD since I quit, I literally wash and scrub everything on a continuous basis, was bad in the initial stage of my quit and have kept it going now almost 2 years quit
I have to mention that a 'speck' or 'crumb' on the floor or worktop is my worst nightmare I come out in a sweat if not cleared up immediately - me mad
