Hi back again

have had some family upset, but settling down now, so back o the forum, for me at least I know I need to be glued to it, to keep me going.

For those who remember, the corner shop is still trading m but I,m not much of a customer these days.

Great to have you back Tracey, you must be well into your 2nd month now, really thrilled for you, be very proud of yourself as that you have overcome alot to get this far.   

PS That corner shop might close down yet if we hear it causing you anymore bother!!

I,m not counting, as I feel for me at least,   Would feel it's a race, I just have to not give in, today was a hugely difficult day, but not smoked

Whatever works best for you Tracey, but do acknowledge that you have not had a cigarette in over 2 months, that is a huge achievement and well worth the recognition as you have fought very hard.
