Some of you may remember me from my previous quit attempts. I've not started my quit again yet, but definately thinking about doing so again. I will update more when i decide on a date.
Hi, me again: Some of you may remember me... - No Smoking Day
Hi, me again
Ah woody, great to hear from you, look forward to seeing you in Day 1 very soon
Hello Woody thought we hadn't heard from you for a while. You know where we are when you start your quit!
Looking forward to it!
Woody....so good to hear you will be back in the saddle soon...Hope you stayed in the cycling saddle and kept yourself in good shape...Yes, it is a very strange journey...this quit thing...I am so glad it went well for me from the word go...It is amazing...!!!
Get your date and take the Bull by the horns...!!!!!
Thank you all for your support. It was very strange how i relapsed last summer, i succumbed on the day of my final visit to the smoking cessation nurse. The wife was away, i had a couple of beers and found one of my wifes unopened cig packets in the cupboard and the rest is history. Hercu, i am still in the cycling saddle, in fact last summer i managed six 100+ mile rides (My record 112 mile). The winter has seen me only occasionally out on the bike, hence an extra stone in weight, but I'm back out training now ready for some big rides again this summer. Hopefully, by then i may be smoke free again.
You will be, I know you will Woody, set a realistic goal / quit date soon, we will be ready and waiting for you
Great to hear from you Woody171 - we quit almost exactly the same time last time round. We all know how tough it is but I have no doubt that you will get there
