Hi all back again

Started up again didn't i but back on the quit wagon. Started yesterday on the 28/05/18. Using my inhalator. I think what makes it hard for me is i like to go out. Social creature 😆 But when I have a drink i end up smoking! So day 2 and im just letting everyone know im back trying again. I might just not drink! 😩🤣 fingers crossed for us all 🤞

Welcome back Dean...It really takes a lot of courage to go through the hell of quitting again...

But if you can do that you will be able to finally quit..

It may take several attempts to quit the drug for good. Keep trying. Like Hercu said you might want to miss a few parties just For the association of drinks and smokes.

Have you tried Champix? Can definitely recommend that as a method to quit.

Hi Dean; I'm on day 6 of champix and I think my biggest fear is when I finally QUIT - drinking will trigger me to start again. It's one of my (well 2) of my guilty pleasures - drinking and smoking! I read on here that some people use an e-cig when out drinking. I think I'll have to try it. Good luck and we all know that it takes quite a few attempts to finally quit. At least we're all heading in the right direction!
