3 months today

So I have reached the 3 month mark today, I'm proud to say I haven't smoked this year!!!  It's hard though, I enjoyed smoking, and I feel I would still go have if it wasn't for sheer stubbornness of not wanting to lose my quit now I would have caved, hope everyone is getting on ok x

Thanks for all the love everyone, hopefully it will get easier, it's definitely all in my head the cravings, I don't physically want one, but it would be all to easy to have one xx
