3 months today (13 weeks and 1 day)

I have the odd rogue trigger which I just brush aside, but other than that I hardly think about smoking at all.

Thank you to this forum. It's a life line, it trully is

Thank you so much for asking after me. I'm still quit. Nearly 6 months, sorry I haven't popped onto the forum much lately. I've been busy at work and still trying to get the thyroid stable. How are you? Are you still quit, and how are you with your thyroid meds?

still not smoking.never again.I've won that battle.

but thyroid.different matter.I'm so unsuitable for levo.

ive been fighting chest infection for 2-3 days.haven't taken levo and a lot of things have gone.sickness.headache.hart palpitations.feel better.spart from chest infection.

I cant take it.i need the rest.sorry I know your gonna say I need it.😒.but I'm taking my chance without it its all ok

Really hope ypu recover soon. There are so many chesty colds and coughs around.

I ended up buying a different thyroid med from Greece which works better than the levo. Much less side effects

Keep warm and snug and look after yourself

Not smoking is fab. Same as you I will never smoke again. Not ever. I'm 6 calendar months on Thursday 😀
