7 months today: I would like to wish everyone... - No Smoking Day
7 months today

Hi reader2019,
Happy New Year and congratulations on 7 months!
I’m 2 months in now, and you’re right, it is easier now.

Not only does it get easier but life gets so much better. Happy New Year and God bless!
How does seven months feel?? I'm 7 days in a struggling a bit!!

Seven months feels good. You will have some struggles. Once you get the cravings under control you will find its the habit you miss. Its about changing up your routine. I quit with champix and had hardly any cravings for the 12 weeks I was on it. But when I came off of it I had cravings and a rough couple of weeks. I walked quite a bit and drank lots of water. Also gum and mints helped. But I made it. It will get easier. Also I was always an outside smoker so I could still enjoy my coffee in the morning. You need to find something to do when those cravings hit you. I never went for walks until I quit. So when the cravings were bad I walked and walked some more. Good luck
