Didn't ever think I would get to this point, my moods are very up and down and I'm not sleeping, this could be due to the pain from my surgery or stopping smoking I'm not sure. I'm getting there slowly can move about a bit more on crutches but still need help for the majority of things washing dressing etc. Keep getting the odd urge but as I can't do anything about it anyway it does go quite quickly.
