Craves not too bad, but I'll do anything to get rid of this bloat, except sticking a tube up my bottom of course. I've also started regularly dreaming about 1/2 an ounce of Golden Virginia. I can smell it when I inhale...
What's a man to do? I'm starting to think dying of flatulence is going to be far worse than dying from lung cancer.

I've cut out the morning porridge and blue berries. Maybe that's causing the problem? So, no breakfast. Lunch is smoked salmon, an avocado and some cherry tomatoes. And dinner... err, some kind of microwavable ready meal (bachelor food!).
Hey Robinson, your post will ring so many bells here.....flatulence.....it was soo bad here in my house, my OH gave up with me, lol at least I had him to blame.
had the same problem mate with the bloating ect, started drinking green tea as it helps your digestive system, cleared my stomach pain in about a day of drinking the stuff. Would recommend to anybody.
It does not not taste the best so you can also try peppermint tea which is even better or you can get the twinings green tea with fruit flavours, they are really good.

I struggled with the gas for weeks. But, once I got out of the stage known as "If It Doesn't Move First I'm Going To Eat It" - well, the gas miraculously went away!
Yea sunny, tomorrow I'm starting my diet/exercise plan. I didn't think I'd be able to do both at once, so I've kind-of been caning donuts and ice-cream since my quit :p... I'm pretty sure the wind is self-inflicted!
