Just a quick hello as I couldn't wait to post in week 3
Studying at the minute for my first exam tomorrow, fingers and toes crossed for me please
Doing well, have had the odd crave but nothing I couldn't handle, only had to use one nicotine mini today with my patch so I'm well chuffed, although it's prob due to the fact I've been in class since 08:30 this morning till 21:30 tonight
How's everyone doing?

So pleased for you, MrsM........you've got into stride with your quit now.
I hope your exam goes really well for you today. Watch out for when it's over though.....that could be a time for temptation to strike, what with the relief and all that. So, be on your guard ready to protect your lovely quit!
Thanks everyone, your well wishes did the trick I passed with flying colours!!
Just in from the bar, apparently this is the only night to go as we're preparing for exam number 2 on Friday from tomorrow onwards!
It was nice to chill, had a few craves but a nicotine mini helped and I'm enjoying the taste of rose wine so much more don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing lol!

WEll done, does anyone know if there is a November club, it seems like there are four or five of us that quit in November? it would be great to keep each other going , everyone else seems way ahead of us

I think that's a great idea BiddyPat, must look into creating a group for us
Thanks Paul, I'm definitely holding tighter to this one
I have defeated a number of big triggers early in my quit (weekend away with the girls, week long training course away from home) so really pleased but still on my guard as I've learn you just never know when that wee bugger can strike
