Following a recent nasty bout of bronchitis and having being diagnosed with mild copd last year I thought it was about time I gave it a serious attempt. I was opening the steroids and antibiotics and realised I had left my ciggies at a friends, so what did I do, left the medication and off I trotted to the shop for a new pack!! Finally the penny dropped I am addicted.

Hi Burney,
Welcome to the forum.
I guess we have all been there at some time or at a similar place in our smoking lives.
I was diagnosed with copd a few years ago now & without wanting to scare you it is SO important for you to kick this. I am following my own advice & gearing up for what I hope to be my final quit tomorrow.
Keep us posted
Love Gaynor xx
