Nicorette Quick Mist
Thank you all for your posts. I decided today to dump Quick mist, Eating grapes, cups of tea, water. The craving will pass, after 7 months on Quick mist I was looking for more of it. Total addiction 🙏

I'm hooked on nicorette quickmist.
I quit smoking 4 years ago cold turkey with success but starting using
nicorette
quickmist when I had a craving. Four years later and I'm addicted to the stuff. I need suggestions on how to quit using it

Can I get off Nicotine without replacing with another vice?
I quit smoking at the same time I quit drinking BUT have been addicted to
Nicorette
Quickmist for over 3 years now. I am trying to quit the Quickmist. I am so addicted to it, in the past I have trashed my house trying to find a pack and been late to meetings etc in order to buy some first.

Quitting smoking
I have
nicorette
gum but I am skeptical of it. I have tried to quit before with the lozenges with no success. Is anyone else here trying to quit or have successfully quit? I need some inspiration and possibly someone to talk to when I have cravings

Highly Addicted to Nicorette Quickmist
A bit if history.. I was a smoker for about 4 years and quit on a whim one day at work because I didn't feel like smoking anymore. I took straight to the Nicorettw Quickmist and have been on it for about 5 years. The spray has become such an awful habit to the extent that I can have a cigarette (ocasionally

What's the best nicorette product you've used?
Hi I've got an appointment with a nurse Thursday to help quit smoking, my severe asthma hates me rn and I'm done being in pain just for a cig but I need a bit of help as I'm a stress head. What's the best product you have used? How is it and how hard does it get? 😂 I'm worried about my anxiety during

Quitting Nicorette Quick Mist
The realisation that
Nicorette
is what I look forward to makes me feel disgusted at myself, and I can't break the habit or the feeling.

Addicted to Nicorette Quickmist
Hi all 😊😊 I successfully quit smoking 6 years ago but I am still heavily reliant on my
nicorette
quickmist. My addiction to this stuff has got worse over time and I literally can’t afford to keep it up anymore.

I started smoking after quitting 5 years ago
I have some
nicorette
inhalators and cartridges. At the moment smoking seems to be the only thing that cheers me up which is a bit sad and pathetic and stupid really. I'm scared to quit due to the anxiety I feel but I'm also scared at what these cigarettes are already doing to my body.

I am using the
nicorette
lozenges which I started with yesterday and I have to admit they have helped a lot with the physical cravings but it is the 'routine' smoking that i am really missing.

Trying again..
I have
nicorette
lozenges but they give me a bad stomach so I don't want to use them. I've got a lot of health issues and I think cigarettes are just contributing to them . I've had a few spells of almost going to the shop for some cigs but I've been strong enough to ignore it.

Always finding an excuse
I’ve had hypnotherapy, those
nicorette
sticks, gum, vape machines, etc etc. Cost isn’t an issue, £40 a month maybe. Y do I smoke???? Why does anyone smoke. I like it...... what do you like about it. I like going outside to think, with a cuppa t. I like going out to socialize and smoke.
