hi everyone, so I vaped for 5 years and smoke cigarettes for a few months, and quit both ab 5-6 months ago using nicotine spray. I have been using it consistently since quitting with a few week long breaks in between, when I’ve tried to quit. I go through one bottle in ab 6 days. I feel as though I am addicted to the spray, and I’m currently two days nicotine free trying to quit again, but this feels impossible and like I’ll go back to the spray any day now. Can anyone relate?

keep going,.. I found the spray is incredibly addictive… and quitting the spray is hard. But after about a week it will feel much better and the cravings will stop.

Don’t go back to the spray, life without nicotine is much better. You will be free and any anxiety will go- it did for me.
