Hi Wender, welcome back👋

You’ve been smoke free for nearly a year and that’s brilliant, well done👏🏼👏🏼

Try easing yourself off the spray by not taking it out with you when you leave the house. Keep it in a drawer at home so you actually have to make a conscious effort to find it. You’ll build up bigger time gaps when you don’t need it. You can also try chewing gum instead.

It’s hard to let go of the final crutch but if you can stop smoking then you can do this too👍🏼

Try and change your routine around and drink lots of water to flush out the toxins. Keep busy and take one day at a time and you’ll get there.

We’re all here to support you, good luck🍀😀xx

Well done, it'll be far easier to drop the spray. As you suggested try taking the mint spray to work. I'm sure that you'll find a solution.

Hi wender congratulations on a year smoke free👍

It’s quite normal for us to swap one addiction for another (mine was haribos).

Briar has given you some great tips and I think the mint mouth spray will really help too!

You did the hard part with smokes so hopefully this will not be as much of a hardship for you

Good luck hun 🚭🚭🚭🚭
