Well today 27 days in my first weigh in is next Monday i have been really good! only one small slip-up 12 Little mini eggs on Easter Sunday other than that feeling fine and upbeat. i started the magnesium tablets this week in addition to the multi vitamins + iron i have anemia. the magnesium is an additional supp as suggested on here.
I will be in touch next Tuesday morning with the weight lost. Not been to the gym as i have felt that the first month loss would help me take some of the strain of a doggy knee but tomorrow Sunday morning over to the gym for an hour then 3 times per week first month second month 4 times per week as so on, luckily the gym is a 5 min walk across the road and normally empty when i am there during the week as i go during my split shift break of 4 hours. update on you Tuesday.
