Week one down and I've already made positive changes,
I'm on week two of couch 2 5k & my nutrition has been better not really drank anything other than water and in the first week I have lost 4lbs... considering I started over xmas and didn't wait until the new year I can really fault myself
I'm joining the gym on Tuesday too I tried to start last week but the Christmas times meant they would be shut after I finished work so decided to wait until it goes back to normal times!
Since xmas day I haven't been able to eat meat, it just makes me feel sick so I have been trying to eat without meat which is harder than I thought it would be!
Quick smoothie earlier helped out though, got me some nutrients I was lacking!
Good start! Hope 2018 is even better!

That's a great start Megan9 especially at this time of year. Here's to a great 2018 for you.🎆🎇✨
Yeah it's great to be getting back into it, I've been away from training for a year now and it feels great to be back at it again! can't wait to get some more results!
Thank you very much! I'm looking forward to getting back into the gym & It's more just a mental thing, not eating meat...I watched a video on Facebook the other day and the guy was vegan and telling us why we shouldn't eat meat... it's more a mental than physical thing.
Hi Megan and congratulations on your progress. I agree with Tiggerr that if your reaction to meat continues then you should see your GP. It is not that eating meat is crucial, but getting a physical reaction to a food group could need checking out if it doesn't go away in the next few days. James
Hi and welcome Megan9 congratulations on your 4lb loss that is fantastic especially this time of year
Please note none of us on here are medically trained and if you continue to have an issue with eating meat please speak to your GP
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out, or restarting. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link
Hi Megan and welcome to the forum. That's great news on the commencement of the C25K and weight loss. Here's to you joining the gym soon and seeing more improvement going your way. Well done 😊
