Third week and I lost a 1lb this week, okay yes I know a pound in the right direction but...... Can't help wish for more, but didn't go Gym at all last week so this week went gym Saturday and Sunday, I knew Sunday being mothers day was going to be filled with yummy treats so went early this morning.

New energy this week so Bring it on!!

Thank you, New week feeling motivated again want to be 12stone by Easter only 7lbs in my way!!

Keep on going, its in the right direction. I've been the same, had a great loss the first week and now its tapered off but its still going down so don't get disheartenend, better than a pound on :)

Well done 👏👏, weigh day for me tomorrow... Slightly apprehensive after all the Mother's day indulgences, but managed a couple of decent walks today, so fingers crossed!! Keep up the good work 👍

Hi and well done on the loss, I know it is not easy, man I think I deserve more than a 2 or 3 on the scales after all the work I have put in, but what we always must keep in our mind is that this weight did not go on over night so it ain't gonna come off over night.

Slow and steady... The way to look at it is if you consistently lose 1lb a week you will be 7lbs lighter in seven week and that's half a stone lost or if you lose 2lb a week that's a stone lighter in seven weeks. Just 7 weeks!! now that's something to look forward to.

It's all about the calories in verses calories out keep an eye on this and you will continue with your successes

Good luck on your journey x

I'm probably a lot older than you but I'm ecstatic when I lose a pound a week! if I can manage that every week I'm a happy bunny .

It's harder to lose weight as you get older so if you're young and overweight please, please sort yourselves out now! 😘
