Hi,I have suffered from anxiety all my life, I've always been nervous and have little confidence.
In 2020, I was diagnosed with CPTSD, and initially had a few sessions of EMDR, and also hypnotise, neither of which worked. I subsequent developed chronic panic attacks, which were more like seizures/ fits.
I have been on almost every antidepressant, Fluroxatine, Mirazapine, venaflaxine, Quinetapine, all to no avail. I am now on Sertraline, Diazapam 2mg, Losartan, medication for high cholesterol.
I also take ibuprofen and paracetamol for physical pain relief, including a hiatus hernia.
About 7 weeks ago I became unwell with a vital infection? I have pain in my chest and my heart is racing. I frequently fall down in the street.
My GP Has told me that there is no more they can do for me, I am now at a loss as what to do!
Any advice?
