I’m a person with mental health issues and I have been to dark places I never want to visit again. Recently over the last month or so I decided to turn it around, I started being a nicer person and doing things I wouldn’t normally do to try and feel better. It worked for a while but I’m worried I’m shifting back into what I used to be. I hated myself then and I only recently have started to like myself again and I don’t want to lose that. I’m starting to fall back into my old patterns and I’m scared. Does anyone have advice on how to keep motivation for self healing?

you have to ask why you feel the way you do and are there triggers or you just feeling low and depressed or mental issues setting you on new course. It might be Idea to talk to doctor to see if they recommend psychiatrist or something medicine
