Hi I have constant symptoms of pain in the front of my neck collar bone shoulders chronic indigestion I’ve been diagnosed with af so on meds for that too it’s awful just think im guna die all the time 😪😪😪

You need something for physical pain and for mental health - when you can see doctor about this

What has brought on your mental health concerns.

Have you seen your Doctor and are you on medication or having A Course of CBT
