My boring life

Frenchies4Ever profile image

I am a retired empty nester who has lost motivation to do almost anything. I have PTSD, anxiety and depression but the meds are really helping. I just don't know how to work towards my goals any more. I am determined to do it though and am very grateful to have found this group!

Just try one thing at a time and no overloading with lots of goals. Take your time to choose something you really have to do or love to do. Some days though we just need to meditate or relax and that is fine. Not to punish yourself but love your self. Self love first, practice daily. Just enjoy the tv or music and begin to love life again. Use all the time you want and slow down. No need to rush things xxxxx
