I keep feeling fuzzy headed but I'm not sure why. I have anxiety and depression- my mood keeps going up and down. I've never felt like this before when I felt down in the past. Each day I keep feeling fuzzy and feels like my memory is going. Everywhere I go I feel fuzzy. It's quite frustrating and worrying. I have had a blood test but it was clear. Anyone know what this could be. I started getting depressed last September and felt quite lost and confused. I was able to feel better within 2 weeks but then felt down again and felt worser since then on. I felt like I was losing my identity and my long term memory was going- it was so worrying.
Has anyone got any advice on this and what it could be?

Glucose level/sugar level, vitamins and minerals, amino acid (egg or peas and beans) garlic and aloe vera are good all round cures but for the brain function there are herbs and spices and brain food - on youtube and internet is all I can suggest
Hi MK, from personal experience, I think my fuzzy head (headaches, anxiousness, dizziness, weakness) was due mainly to stress. A lot of emotional stress that was eating me up from the inside (I wasn't aware of these emotions till many years later). Too much stress, over prolonged periods, is disastrous for the body. I now have fibromyalgia due to this.
You need to start being super kind to yourself. Take care
