Hi Rick and welcome to you.
Sorry to hear of your struggles. It’s great to hear you are getting back in track
I’m in the U.K. I hear you guys are having a heat wave right now...
It’s rather cold here 😊
Just off to bed it’s early hours of morn
I’m glad you found us ! 🌺🌺
I love all things English. Tomorrow will be 42 degrees C where I am, that’s 107F. We have to attend a bbq lunch tomorrow. Could be a short visit. Thank you very much for your kindness.
Wow hot 🥵!
We have 3 degrees here right now so a lot cooler ..no bbq here 😂
Your welcome, nice to meet you 😊
Enjoy that BBQ, I shall be up and out early with hat ,coat ,gloves , scarf , warm boots on brrrrrr 😱 x
Sounds delightful. When I am cold I sometimes think of the UK. My roots go back to Lincolnshire. My relatives bravely left there for Oz in 1863. They had a dream of a better life and through caution to the wind. I find their courage inspiring in my own journey to wholeness.
Oh yes for sure...a big move...
I know Lincolnshire ...pretty places
Good wishes x
Hi and welcome Ozrick33. This is a very caring and supportive community and we would like to welcome you here. So glad that you are doing so much better now. Well done.
After reading your replies to Olivia so pleased that you recognise your routes and how brave your ancestors were to travel around the world and settle in Australia.
I for one am very jealous that you have a heat wave right now with our temperatures about to plummet yet again!
Take care of yourself and please keep in touch with us.
When you have time please look at your screen at our 'pinned posts' and 'topics' they might be of some help in the future.
Best wishes to you from a cold climate - Britain.

Thank you very much MAS.
Hello Rick
You seem to have had a rough time, however like you I followed the same pathway and now after ten years of being a good boy still feel as guilty as what I was then. It really upset the wife and now my meds are kept well away from me
I always find keeping busy does help, looking for diversions to try also seems to help as well. People are helpful here many have stories to tell
Keep a Hold
BOB
