Looking for an exceptionally good therapist or shaman for Complex PTSD. Would love someone Knowledgeable in actually releasing trauma.

I need therapist in Minnesota twin cities or 50 miles surrounding. I want therapist with high integrity, respectful, understanding, highly empathic and intuitive. Someone caring to hold space, listen and support. Some one who actually IS Person centered not just say they are but then reveal how they actually move straight into listening for symptoms and pathologizing & categorizing human/ soul conditions vs holding space of heartfelt empathic witness. I am very isolated and extremely depressed, suffering very active complex ptsd symptoms recently triggered by yet another victimization. I would love to find a genuine shaman or energy worker to clear cellular trauma memories and or karma. I’m an old soul Empath suffering effects of having been repeatedly targeted by energy vampires. I study laws of abundance and chakras, do a lot of Louise Hay mirrorwork and Esther Hicks...but and I’m quite stuck in fear and cycling thru yet more evidence of “victim story” repeating, it seems to be escalating rather than getting better.

I recommend consulting the behavioral health department at the Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis. It sounds like traditional advice but they may be able to help.
