Bulimia ?????

Okay so someone i am close with made a comment about my eating habits which arent great and they questioned why i havent been diganosed as bulimic but im not sure what that is i know the bare bones of it but i dont know if i have bulimia what makes you bulimic ?? I know about binging and then purging but is that all or is there more to it ??? Advice please

i have too been in this situation ! if you don’t know what it is , it is where you make yourself throw up/sick and that’s is the bare bones of it , also it is more about the mind , the mind is more afraid of eating and feeling sick so it makes your mind trick yourself into getting sick on its own . it’s very complex if you ask me
