You should download the app insight timer. It's completely free and there's so many guided breathing exercises on it. I swear by them, especially the sleep ones.

Another one I use to get me to sleep is by counting to 10 using my breathing. So every breath is a number, I normally go around 3 times and im asleep

take two minutes each day sit on your own in a quiet space take 10 deep breaths then close your eyes for the two minutes.then it might just become natural.
