Hello Pinny

Where would you rather be, The other side is not as it is supposed to be. Not many can really say They came back, that is only for fifteen mins what happens then when the brain really dies and what the situation is when you burn in the crematoria.

When I tried to end it all, the worst part that I suffered was the bringing back in hospital. believe me when I say, you will not get any sympathy and you will need to reply to many questions not only to your family also hospital and friends. Believe me with these people who know you will feel at a loss, and you begin to know who your new friends are. The number does drop further than expected

The main thing we all need to understand, because I tried to end it all, is would it be easier to accept your life the way it is and how you are going to make it better. You will if you do this is make people rise to your new life and will respect you for that and future attempts to make your life more positive.

One way you could try is a new hobby, anything you can relate to that will transport you into that new you

Suicide is just an easy way forward, that most probably you will not see. Death is very dark with a blackness that you can never return from. I would imagine sound will become a thing of the past as will the feelings of reaching out to those who love you.

You may be suprized how many people will pick you up and support you

If you need support we are always around to give support

You can also do so many things..

Watch what you eat. Do you know that diet have an effect on depression? There is a huge amount of important information available on internet.

Exercise daily. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals such as neurotransmitters endorphins and endocannabinoids.

Find a good psychotherapist. Cognitive behavioral therapy is very effective treatment

for depression.

If you have done all the above and you are still depressed you may need antidepressants. In case you don't want to take them, visit a natural therapist to prescribe you natural antidepressants.

I finally want to tell you that you sould not be so sure that your problems will be solved if you commit suicide. Some near death experiences are only horrible...
