Why is this so hard?
Hey, I probably don't have any answers, but I'm here to listen if you'd like to talk a bt more x
I feel for you Raymond, it does ease, please hang on.
if you feel you want to you can call the samaritans and talk to them - they're there for anyone who needs them, not just for suicidal people. I know, I've called them.
please keep in touch,
regards,
sandra.
I found the Samaraitans really good listeners and a voice that doesn't judge you. I thought I would never get rid of the way you are feeling now, but small step by small step, I am gradually getting better. Takes time and I still have the occasional tearful times. Hope you are feeling better soon. xx
Hi Raymond, if there's anything we can do to help, just share. Well done for reaching out when you feel down, sometimes that's half the battle. Hope you feel better soon x
Hi Raymond
What a familiar feeling, just wanting it to go away. I don't have any answers except to say that it does sometimes lift, and can lift for lengthy periods depending upon what helps for you. Have you been referred for any help?

We all will have ups, and downs,, its how you deal with it that counts. Be good to yourself, go get your hair done, if it used to make you feel better. I maynot now, but when someone says ,,oh you had your hair done, it does make you feel better. I used to be blank to everything ,,,but a flower used to amaze me quietly how light and bright it looked,, so I bought some flowers, so I could look at them,,it made me feel better. anything little.. together it helps. But you have to pursivere, the days do get better,,, if they dont go back to gp, and then,, think about changing or upgrading the meds. take care x
thanks everyone, I appreciate your support. Contacted my CPN who has been great and gives me the support I need to cope with the downs.
