I've come down with this infection 1 week ago and im on antibiotic - One testicle is inflamed - besides rest - short walks - ice and warm bath treatment - does anyone know of other ways to speed up the recovery or reduce the uncomfort when standing?

if you don’t mind me asking, how painful is it. I thought my left epydititis feels a little larger than right. Not my testicle. When I wake up in the morning everything is normal. Then my scrotum skin goes tight if I stand or am active a while. It’s as if I am in cold water. When scrotum is tight I have mild discomfort. If I then sit or lie down a while it goes loose again
