Pain below right shoulder blade.

This pain is positional to a certain extent, e.g. if i move my shoulder back I feel it more just below the lower inner side of the blade. At night it clears but getting up comes back. Sometimes slight pain through to right chest behind breast. Just trying to get a handle on it. Maybe Gall Bladder issues? I am late seventies and have an ageing Gall but not jaundiced and recent scans show clear of stones. I have good lungs so that's the only other suspect apart from muscle strain but I have not really been stressing those.

Any ideas or experience welcome. I have made a Dr. appnt for later on but if I can be more specific it would help. Thanks.

Thrush ?? Common in men of a certain age. Is it reddish on the skin?
