Continuous pain/discomfort around led testicle. Might be linked to testicle duct ?

I am 20, and exercise daily and have never had any issues before. The problem started a few days ago and is not painful but a constant disconfort, which is greater if I squish the tube but there is no swelling or pain around the testicles. I am confused if its just a passing infection , stress from hotter weather and exercise or what

Should I get a professional diagnosis ? Even if the pain dissapesrs and comes back randomly but conti uously around the day and night

Maybe over exercising or crushed it during exercise, I have similar with right one, pain/Discomfort when washing & drying, tube could be infection in epididymis, best to pop to doc for check up n he may do urine test if not maybe sexual health clinic especially if sexually active mate, check up is always good 👍🏽🤓

Hi you got any pain in your groin ?, i get it sometimes but i put it down to crossing legs !, if carries on Please see your Gp asap, or get's worse their is always the A/E, take care

Does your left testicle have the sensation of a bag of worms? If this is the case, then it is a varicocele. It is much more common on the left testicle. Let me know what you notice when you feel your left testicle with this in mind?

Always best to get pain in testicles checked at your age as you are in the risk years for testicle cancer.

Im going to sound like a broken record but have you had chlamydia testing ?
