Hey all!
I am just a 29 yo M, looking for some high yield advice for staying on top of my men's health, and for improving my self confidence.
I played competitive soccer until 18 yo, now I am a graduate student and not exercising weekly. I am eating healthy, but have failed to gain muscle mass in the past, feeling like an ectomorph. I would like to increase my muscle mass for aesthetic purposes.

bipolar II disorder, receding hairline, thinning hair
FHx:
CVD on my paternal side, along with HTN, HLD, MIs in early 40s
