I've been struggling for quite some time and it's affecting my self esteem, especially when I wear tight shirts and my boobs just pop out. It's definitely not gyno, I can feel the fat in it when i press it.

I'm 17 yrs old and my weight is 62kg and my height is 5'5, I have 15% fat mass

And any tips to lose this thing on my chest? Should I hit the gym? Or should i diet more?

It's gynaecomastia . There is no cure other than a minor plastic surgery .

It wasn't gynaecomastia, i talked to 2 doctors and said it was all chest fat.

Do rigorous exercise and see if the fat dissolves . Fat means liposuction required

Combination of exercise and a diet... try exclude carbs ... that works best for me

Exclude all carbs? Not even a single gram? Or maybe just a little, how many grams do you think is my max? And should I hit the gym and target my chest?

Not all all, but keep them to a minimum... So like no rice, potatoes, basically no white coloured starches. Diet should mostly be veggies and meat. and gym just make sure you sweat consistently for 10 to 20 mins.

No need to be scientific and specific, you not punishing yourself just being more active and burning fat and toning up. You will see results in a month of consistent diet and gym.

Bear in mind it is based purely on my body when I had a similar experience.

Thanks, but when I hit the gym, which do you think works best for me, High weight low reps or low weight high reps?
